At Nathan Adams: Beard & Body Care, we stand behind the quality of every product we make. While we do not accept physical returns, your satisfaction is our priority.
Refunds
If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a no-questions-asked refund within 30 days of your order date.
Simply contact us at support@nathanadams.shop with your order number and a brief note, and we’ll process your refund right away — no need to send the item back.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 3–5 business days to appear on your account depending on your payment provider.
Returns
Because our products are handcrafted and made in small batches, we do not require returns.
You keep the product — our goal is to make sure you’re happy with your experience.
Exceptions
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right immediately.
